In 2022, Man Flow Yoga generated just shy of $50,000 for their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. Our goal was to increase that by at least 3x while keeping ad spend at a minimum. In the end, our 2023 campaign resulted in a 15x improvement.
The first thing we did was to create an offer that Man Flow Yoga’s audience really wanted. We surveyed the list and with the feedback decided to offer lifetime access to the program for $347. A huge part of the strategy was to demonstrate the savings someone could get by signing up for lifetime access. From there, we launched ads on Facebook to MOF and BOF audiences and sent 12 emails to our email list of buyers. We also included upsells and downsells of Man Flow Yoga accessories in order to increase AOV.

The Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 campaign was a monumental success, generating a total revenue of $751,676 in just 7 days.
Revenue Growth
Compared to the 2022 Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales which brought in nearly $50,000, the 2023 campaign achieved a staggering 1,407% increase in revenue.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
The campaign also demonstrated exceptional efficiency with a 72x return on ad spend, indicating that every dollar invested in the campaign returned 72 dollars in revenue. We spent $3094 on ads and generated approximately $233,468 in revenue.
Email Revenue
With just 12 emails sent over a period of a week, the revenue generated from the email marketing was approximately $528,908.
